Tattoos and Horses Part 1Sweat dripped down his face and hit his arm. It was warm, no hot.
The heat was oppressive and the humidity was deadly. It also didn’t help that he was in a barn; the smell was overpowering.
He had abandoned his shirt a while ago, not caring what others thought.
He was working as a stable boy at a Horse show; his job was simple, keep the barn clean. He had been doing this for three days now, and he smelled like barn.
He took a shower before he went to bed, but it was no help; he still stunk.
Now being a stable boy was not his job, his family ran a farm. They had cows, sheep, goats and chickens but no horses.
He liked them as much as the next guy, but they gave him funny looks. His father was the one that volunteered him for the stable boy position.
Thankfully, this was the last day of the horse show; meaning that he could go back to his farm and not have to play with horse manure anymore.
A few of the horse owners walked by and gave him nasty looks.

A VoiceHe woke up surround in darkness and in immense pain.
“Where I am he wonder?” as he looks around, far off in the darkness, he could see a small light flickering.
He somehow managed to make it to his feet despite the horrible pain that spread throughout his body.
He gingerly took a step, touching his toes to the darkness. To his surprise, it was actually solid.
Since everything was black except the dim light, he figured that he would head towards it.
With each step he took, the pain seemed to diminish.
Suddenly, the darkness surrounding him burst into life.
It was like the world around him became projections screens that were replaying his life in movies.
Even thing was in black and whited, muted as he stood there and watched.
Every moment in his life was flashing before him; his first step, his first words, meeting his cousins for the first time, his father’s funeral, meeting Lee and Tenten for the first time, his defeat to Naruto in the Chûnin exams, getting pro

“Bring it on boy,” A tall muscular blonde stated as he crouched down.
“Hah!” the little boy cried as he threw is clenched fist at his father’s gloved hands.
“That’s my boy! Solid right hook you got there little man,” the young man commented.
“Yah!! Just watch! I’ll be the greatest ninja ever, watch me master every weapon on the earth!” the boy cheered as he threw is hands in the air.
“ I bet you will,” his father commented laughed.
But becoming a ninja was not that simple. He would have to train and study hard if he wanted to graduate the Academy.
But the odds seemed to be against him, he was the first person in his family’s history
that had ever tried to become a ninja.
He didn’t have any relatives that were ninjas or siblings that he could train with. But
that didn’t stop him.
